The Dare Capital Loan Fund is a specialist income fund extending loans to borrowers secured against the Australian Government Research and Development Tax Incentive. The Fund’s investment objective is to provide investors an attractive risk-adjusted level of returns of 10 – 12% p.a. whilst prioritising capital preservation.
Investment Strategy
The Fund invests in a diversified, actively managed portfolio of loans to corporates secured against their refund entitlement under the Australian Government’s Research and Development Tax Incentive programme. The highly experienced Dare Capital team focuses on deep tech and life sciences companies that have proven research capabilities and strong shareholder support. Dare Capital is able to draw on the expertise of Sturt Capital and Vincents to source and manage its loan portfolio.
