Warwick is a Partner at Sturt Capital and brings over 25 years of experience in banking and debt advisory. He has led and executed a broad range of financing transactions across corporate refinancings and facility expansions, acquisition and leveraged finance, private credit and mezzanine solutions, securitisation and structured finance, as well as asset-backed and borrowing-base facilities. Warwick has held senior roles at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Macquarie Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Prior to joining Sturt Capital, he was a Managing Director at Grant Samuel, where he advised a range of clients on debt financing and capital structure solutions. Warwick holds a Master of Finance from Macquarie University.
