Justin is a Partner of Sturt Capital with more than 30 years of experience in law and investment banking. He has been responsible for developing and executing a wide range of transactions including principal investments, hybrid and structured capital markets transactions, M&A, equity & debt capital raisings and structured derivatives.  Justin has worked at Ashurst and Macquarie Bank, and prior to joining Sturt Capital, was Managing Director and head of FICC Structuring at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Australia. Justin holds Bachelor degrees in Economics and Laws as well as Masters degrees in Law and Commerce.
