Nigel is Independent Chair of the Sturt Capital Investment Committee and was a Founding Partner (Ret.) of Sturt Capital. He has more than 30 years of experience in structured finance and in sourcing and managing asset-backed investments across credit and debt markets. Prior to forming Sturt Capital, Nigel was an Executive Director at Allco Finance Group for 18 years and was jointly responsible for the inception and growth of Allocean, Allco’s shipping investment and management business, from its formation in 2003. Previously, Nigel worked at Macquarie Bank in structured asset finance and leasing. Nigel holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) from Imperial College and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. He has dual Australian/British nationality and currently resides in Sydney.
